Process - Undyed Yarn to Finished goods
Peninsular employs a talented workforce from sampling to shipment with a proactive approach enabling us to prevent potential problems and ensure timely delivery of the finished goods. They are experts who help us to make outstanding products with proper time management.
Designing and Sampling
The manufacturing process starts even before the yarn is made. Peninsular Tradings is capable of designing contemporary and traditional designs based on the client’s need.
We partner with local design agencies and overseas designers to create designs to cater to the targeted market.
We also provide samples of the products for client’s approval.
Yarn Procurement and Storage
We use 100% pure cotton and when needed 100% organic cotton yarn to make our products feel as good as they look. Although our niche is cotton, we use synthetic and blend materials like viscose, flax, linen, polyester etc., upon request to suit the client’s needs.
We believe that the good raw material makes a good product, and so procure our yarn only from certified standard mills which ensure it is free from defects.
Dyeing and Processing
We use high-quality dyes to give our products a great look. The dyeing process is done seamlessly in order to prevent smearing or uneven colouring. The quality of the dye is also the reason all of our products resist discolouration even after multiple washes.
We also take utmost care in making sure our products are free from harmful chemicals and hazardous dyes.
Weaving
At Peninsular Tradings, we merge tradition with innovation. We use the latest hi-tech automated looms for flawless quality. We are capable of producing a variety of weaves, from the simple and elegant Striped weave to the complex and graceful Dobby weave.
Our weavers work hard to create sophisticated patterns and breath-taking designs to match the needs and taste of the clients.
Printing and Embroidery
We design patterns using CAD and realize those using industrial printers. We are capable of high-quality rotary printing, digital printing and screen printing based on the requirement of the products.
Cutting and Sewing
We have a highly trained workforce and the latest pieces of equipment to make the products look second to none. Our tailors work to bring you perfectly fitted and sewn products. Once sewing is done, we double-check to make sure the product is of unparalleled quality.
Checking and Packing
Quality is our core concern. Our products are checked during every stage of production by our experienced staffs. If needed we can test the final product at a recognised Laboratory based on the client’s need.
Our products are meticulously stuffed and packed by our workforce. We ship out our deliveries on time, taking the destination and statutory requirements into account.
